Do you train body builders for competitions?

No. Flourish Fitness workouts are designed to support function fitness for women by using resistance training.

If I lift weights, will I get bulky?

No, but it will boost metabolism, improve bone mineral density, increase resting metabolic rate (which burns more calories in a resting state), and prevents injuries When you are stronger, you move more efficiently.

Will you give workouts outside of our personal training sessions?

Yes! Once we have built a foundation in proper form, I am happy to provide additional solo workouts to pair with current in-person sessions for a separate cost.

How long will it take before I start to see results?

Depending on your diet, sleep, and hormones, you should see a difference in your body after 8-12 weeks of consistent work.

What if I’ve never lifted weights?

No problem! That is my passion, helping women feel confident in form, equipment, and ability. I love giving women the strength to understand how their muscle groups work and how each exercise should feel.
