Flourish Fitness is dedicated to providing customized, intentional, and tailored programs for every client. My private workout space is designed to ensure women can concentrate on their personal fitness journey without distractions. We strive to establish a foundation in form and core strength, which helps to optimize workouts and provide efficient results.
Bootcamp
Join us for endurance strength and total body circuit training. This is programmed intentional workouts for all levels of women to feel confident in working out. Class sizes are small and new bootcamp sign-ups are announced on the website and on Instagram.

Prenatal & Postpartum
Tailored Fitness for Pregnancy and Postpartum
Pregnancy comes with unique fitness requirements that must be approached with care and understanding. Drawing from my personal experience as a mother of four, I enjoy supporting expecting mothers to build their strength and prepare for labor. My training program offers tools and techniques to help you feel your best during this time. Additionally, postpartum workouts focus on rehabilitating your body, including diastasis recti, pelvic floor, deep core, and stability strength.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, but started weightlifting in my 20s. I became certified as a personal trainer in 2018 with the National Association of Sports Medicine then 2 years later became certified as a Women's Fitness Specialist. The Lord has blessed me with a passion and love for helping women with health and fitness.
